We have big news to share.  We have always provided a platform where TheRoomLink matches renters and rooms, but today we’ve moved one step further.

As from today, matching emails will be sent out to both landlords and prospective renters to help them find each other easily.

How it works if you have a room to rent out

If you are a landlord, developer, estate agent, student accommodation provider, homeowner, Guest house/B&B owner or anyone else who needs to rent out a room, this is how it will work for you:

1. List your properties/rooms for free on www.TheRoomLink.com
2. Sit back and wait for the prospective renters that match your search, to arrive by email.
3. You can of course also search for renters directly from our homepage:
   • Enter the city where your property is located, and click ‘Find a renter‘

How it works if you are looking for a place to stay

If you are a student, professional or any other person looking for a room / studio / bachelor /1-bed flat, this is how our new email matching will work for you:

1. Complete a Renter’s Profile on www.TheRoomLink.com
2. Sit back and wait for the properties and rooms that match your search, to arrive by email.
3. You can of course also search for rooms directly from our homepage:
   • Enter the city and click ‘Find a room‘
